One significant discovery was a retention tank and soak pit that weren’t indicated in the drainage plans we received. Our team quickly adjusted our plans to accommodate these hidden elements, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the deck.

Enhancing Indoor-Outdoor Flow

One of the most exciting features of this project was the custom-built timber bifold door we installed, replacing an existing window that led out to the deck. This transformation created a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, enhancing the lounge's atmosphere and inviting nature into the home.

To further enhance the outdoor experience, we arranged for fake turf installation, providing a maintenance-free solution that prevents the dogs from digging up the lawn. Additionally, we opened up the covered area, creating a more spacious and inviting outdoor environment. To add a touch of greenery, we carefully transplanted mondo grass and a hedge from the original deck site, ensuring a harmonious blend with the new design.
