Warkworth Shed 

S.E.D. Pole shed built in Warkworth

Our client approached us with a kitset shed and a location. We organised the job from foundations to the finishing drainage touches.

We had a few issues on this job with incorrect details and lack of details on the plans provided. We redesigned the door flashings to provide a much more elegant detail, and the window flashings to provide better waterproofing. 

​

The shed is 13.8m x 7m so it was providing a lot of extra tank water off the roof. With this in mind, we provided a new tank install, complete with drainage, water diverters for tank cleaning and a balancing connection to the existing tank on site. 

​

The build was originally drawn without a concrete slab which wasn’t fit for our client’s intended use. We sorted out a new slab for the shed which makes the space far more functional.
